Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and/or participation in this event. Our purpose is to highlight Wellness Practitioners offering a variety of services. You will be contacted once a decision is made regarding your application.

The vendor fee is due within 1 week of acceptance of your application. There are no refunds on the application fees. We will do our best to advertise this event, however you are responsible for advertising your booth and sharing the event information. The North Quabbin Health and Wellness Fair will be held on Sunday, May 5th from 12-5pm at the Revival Wheeler Mansion located at 75 E. Main St. Orange, MA 01364. Set up will begin as early as10:30am. We will assist you upon arrival and give directions to your vendor location. You must bring your owntable and tents ( if indicated) and once you are unloaded, park your car in the parking lot next to the mansion. Weask that all vendors remain for the full length of the event. All vendors are responsible for leaving the space clean. Your space is not confirmed until we receive this application with payment in full.

Vendor Space 10×10 is $50 per vendor
